Our service
We have very good cooperation with many foreign POS software company in the world. Testing their software strictly on our POS terminal before doing business with them, so it can guarantee their software works well on our machines.
We ensure that our products has been installed correctly and aging test is more than 12 hours. After production, we will inspect each unit according to the contract, the quality to meet the requirements, and issue product certification, inspection records.
The products are in 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers malfunction under normal operating conditions or proven major defects in material or workmanship. We could also provide the proportional spare parts with the shipment for customer maintaining themself to save the shipping cost.
